Version 1.5 might fix all the CTDs .... please? No, I didn't think DICE really cared, or they would have fixed it in the beginning.
I know some of you say it's fixed, but when it's not fixed for everybody, I wonder what the hell they DID fix.

Things that have to be fixed:

1. Fix the CTD when switching teams always happens to me
2. F35B and J10 Imblance
3. TV Missle Misfires
4. Reintroduce Squad Hopping (It is a very good tatic to use)
5. Give Specs Ops 6 C4s (so you can destory all 3 artys)
6. Shock Paddles dont recharge for so long
7. Body parts sticking out thru walls
8. APC cannon shooting directly at a person and not dieing has to be fixed
9. Claymores should be able to be destoryed by grenades

Things that have to be added:

1. A tank/apc/car repair station at an uncap base like a helipad but for tanks/apc/cars

wow, only gone for about a week and dice canada is gone....oh well too bad (maybe if the issues that are present today weren't there dice canada would still be here???)

so what is with the new bug of when the game ends, maybe 10ticks left on the losing team, i always get a connection error - is that designed in? it just started.

also i have been reading a lot more about people gaming on ranked servers and not getting their points and or medals/badges? what is the deal with this - i recently had a 280pt game (winning commander in an hour + game). i received a gold medal and a badge, both of which i received, but never the points - what is the deal?

dice/ea - you guys are losing many loyal bf2 players quickly, probably more quickly than you are gaining them because of the year and a half of issues. sure in the beginning we were all patient but people are just mad now. i have more than a dozen gaming buddies with over 100,000pts that are leaving due to issues and stability problems that should have been resolved many patches ago.

What needs to happen:

-Fix the f-35 and J-10 imbalance once and for all. The F-35 needs a smaller hitbox and better tracking AA missiles

-I heard the USS Essex has the AA missiles used by airplanes rather than the more accurate IGLA/Stinger. The Essex should get the missiles used by the IGLA/Stinger if this is true.

-Any stats regarding transports gotten in the Euro Force booster pack do not get recorded to your stats. If I get 10 minutes in a Transport, that doesn't save to my stats. This happens on ranked servers. Apparently people aren't even able to get their veteran transports on it. Very silly bug that shouldn't be there.

-Make G36E either less accurate, have lots of recoil, or be less damaging.

-Fix the bug where you think you fired a TV missile, as in you hear the sound and whatnot, but a missile doesnt actually fire

-Fix the bug where you fire a TV missile, switch to guns, then switch to the TV missile and it reloads again, as if it had never reloaded

-Add a stinger at the back of the TV Station on Sharqi

-Fix the netcode. Hit registration is horrific at times. TV missiles going straight thru choppers. Bullets not registering. KNIFE SWIPES showing dust but no kill.

Sweet mother of god you hit the problems right in the center, especially with the knife swipes, ive probably died over 100 times getting shot after stabbing someone twice only to have them take me apart with their guns when they should have been dead.

Will not work. First thing any gunner would do would be to target the AA nest in the back. Might just want to add a Linebacker on the map, since the MEC already has an APC. May balance the map off some too. But the mobile-AA should not spawn if the TV station is taken.

most definately, i don't know how many servers i have been on where the mec just raped the tv station helo from behind and then everybody else up on the roof.

It would be bad policy of DICE/Ea to ditch Bf2 in the state it's in.

1.4 is a big improvement but there are still huge issues such as the CTD!

If they leave BF2 as it is I wont be buying any products which involve Ea and DICE. (Don't forget EA, I own several other consoles as well as my pc). If its left as it is, it just proves EA are out for money and nothing else, which I know a huge company like Ea has to keep the share holders happy, but if the customers aren't happy.........

I wish DICE or EA would comment on the future, but they seems too busy with BF2142 to comment!

I COMPLETELY agree with you, I say why did they make 2142 before completely fixing bf2???

Because the dev team for 2142 is not the same team that makes the patches. That's probably why the patches are so terrible; DICE SE (Sweden) probably had to rush-teach DICE CA (Canada) about the engine, how to patch it, etc. DICE CA probalby didn't have the experience with the engine that DICE SE has, and that's why the patches were so poor. If EA weren't so greedy, and DICE SE made the patches, BF2 would probably be much better than it is now. And 2142 certainly wouldn't be out.
