Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
The version that shows in the game browser has to be deciphered to translate the build number or whatever protocol they use to 1.4. The simple way is if you start the game and update servers and there's only a handful of pistol and knife servers. Then you know everyone has patched to a newer version except for the stat padders. The exception is you are an ADD tard who happens to download an unreleased beta patch and you only see a couple of empty EA test servers (which in turn causes you to post to the world that the new patch sucks and nobody plays BF2 anymore). Just don't post on the forum that everyone has quit BF2 or SF since you can only see 3-4 servers after logging in....
I've never really noticed, but what is the easiest way
to determine what your BF2 is patched up to?
I've never noticed anything on the loading screen or
in game that shows the version your game is patched
up to?
Thanks
When the game starts up, you will see some build numbers (like 1.1.xxxx.xxx.0) which the programmers use during the build and testing. The final patches are simplified with a 1.x for the users. It would be nice to add the patch version in game along with the build numbers, but EA/Dice does not do that.
Here are some of the latest past patch-to-build numbers:
1.4 final = 1.1.2963.795.0
1.4beta2 = 1.1.2940-772.0
1.4beta1 = 1.1.2925.757.0
