server ticket count is at 600??

my server ticket count in my server is at 600
how can i get it down to 200? where is the setting to change that?

I think that can be adjusted by changing the Ticket Ratio on the Settings page in BF2CC (our server is set at 100). If your server is ranked you're not supposed to change that setting though.

my server isnt ranked, i do however have it set to 200 on the settings page but it still says 600

It doesn't matter what it is if its unranked then.

I think it's a ratio. I've never been able to experiment with it because we don't have an unranked server, but here's my best guess....

So the ratio is set to 200 (I think this is basically 200%). If the map's default is 300 then you've got 200% x 300 = 600 OR 2x300=600. If you want the number of tickets to be 200 and the map's default is 300 then you need your ratio to be set according to this formula:

ticket ratio = (wanted # of tickets) / (default # of tickets)

So for your case it would be 200/300 = 2/3 = .66 = 66%

Now all of this is just a guess based on how well the numbers all worked together. I've never done this and I could be wrong, but I think it makes some amount of sense and it's worth a try.

If you do try it let us know if it works or not. If not, I'll try and play with the setting on our POE server and let you know what I come up with.

well i set the ticket ratio to 100 and its still set at 600 in the game.

so that theory isnt sound.
this is bugging me

ok forget that i set it to 50 and it put the tickets at 300 so i guess this is right, the ticket ratio would have to be below 50 to be lowered to 200

settign it to 40 would bring the tickets to 210
