Do what it says and open your dump file with the program and copy-paste the text in there in that thread.
Only for dump files do not post other random crap in there.
If they are 1.3 dump files than I guess you would want to delete them but they do not take up any space or create problems so do not worry.Comment

Yes, deleting your BF2 files in my documents is good
