When im playing BF2, I get this annoying, weird, unusual 'lag' sensation. I have a 40 ping, but when i look around (ie move my mouse) it will move it, then the view will slip back a few centimetres.. and while im running etc the gun will jitter and jolt slightly.
Now keep in mind, as i said, i have a perfectly fine ping, and this only occurs in BF2.
I have factory reset my router, I have forwarded all the ports that BF2 supposedly uses, I have closed my own firewall, I have re installed BF2 (Multiple times).
This issue does not occur in single player mode.
My system is:
Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo E6600 (Overclocked to 2.75GHZ)
4GB of Geil 800mhz PC6400 ram
Geforce 6500GT (XFX)
Asus P5B motherboard (765 chipset)
I have a D-Link 504T ADSL Modem/Router, and both Onboard Realtek NIC, and a seperate one.
Help Meehh!!!
Oh and I forgot to mention, It worked perfectly up until not long ago.
I run it on max settings 4x AA and it ran perfect...
It feels like it might be choke.. packet loss.. or something. But i have no clue what is causing it!111!
