ok in-game i used the normal rpg-7 witch i tihnk was heat , with a cylinder-like projectile , but as was into the game i picked up another dead guys rpg-7 and noticed it was different , i looked at the scroll and it said .'rpg-7 tandem'

how do you get this ???? :)

Its a pick-up kit

It's probably one of the pickup kits. You can find them in main bases and at some flag areas.

you can 1-hit tanks with it (in the rear, that is)

There's also the anti-personel one you get on Orel (and Fallen? Other maps?). I think it's got less damage but a larger blast radius.
