It took 2 months and they didn't do sh*t to it either. Hardly anything was fixed that we asked for.

2142 took up most of their time...

If you meant installing it, then for me it took a couple of minutes ... wasn't really checking since it was doing it in the background while I was working.

downloaded it in 20 minutes.. installed it during dinner no clue how long it took....

Downloading took me at first an hour and a half. (full patch)
Later I downloaded the patches from EA and multiplay for comparison and those took an hour (EA) and 40 minutes (multiplay).

Try to be more specific when you post, as you see there are three possible interpretations: creation of the patch, downloading it and installation.

35 minutes flat. From download link click to finished install of patch dialogue box.

The game? Not finished yet. Been out more than a year and it has become PillowNerf2 dependang on mods to save it.

Around 30 minutes for downloading.

The actually patching process took around a minute.

I started the DL before I went to bed. It said 2 hours to finish right before I left my computer, but I don't know for sure. I came back after work the next day and installed. It took like 5 minutes to actually enter the set up program; after that it installed for maybe like 4-6 minutes.
