I havn't seen a server crash YET (I know i will)

But i have had a CTD last night.

No CTD, but the first round I played I had, 'There is a problem with your connection' and we had a server crash. Happened straight after someone disconnected.

Next round I rejoined, played as Commander and got 72 points, but no Commander badge or Ribbon (it was only my 3rd ever round as Commander). Someone complained they had no unlocks so I guess the server was glitching.

Rest of the night was great. No more server crashes and not one CTD in sight.

No, at least not yet.

Seems like DICE's efforts at improving stability has been fruitful.

if you patched over the 1.4 beta if you had it installed, you will need to uninstall and do a complete reinstall,

its not the CTD's that bother me its the random server crashes. but i havn't yet played 1.4 online properly, i got fed up with some of the otehr changes.

but i didn't crash.

no and I havent seen the red tag bug in ages, cant even remember, I got a couple connection problem errors tho, hopefully its fixed now that I updated PB, havent tested it yet

Same here, but here is the odd thing...

Just now on insomnia365 sharqi out of 50 something people, around 45 got dropped all at once.

I saw this same thing happen on a different server a few hours prior too (32 players, around 28 got dropped all at once).

There was about 25 people on our regular BF2 server and it was running Dragon Valley. I received an Xfire message from a regular and he said like 19 people left all at once. The map was half way done too. When I loggin in to check it out for myself, there was 6 people still playing and the tickets were at around 120-76...Im hoping this is a hiccup and not a widespread issue.
I think at this point it is still too soon to tell. We can only wait and see.

Its crashing for me, shame as I hardley crashed on 1.3, I crashed about three times in an hour!
