1.4 pixel shater???

im wondering if my graphic as this feature and do a absolutly need it to play....my card is a new asus 7600gs 512mb!

i played for about 3 minutes and then the game crashes....

Yep your card has Pixel Shader V1.4, it actually have V3.0

The crashing might be something comletly different. Are you using the 1.4 patch?

yes i installed it just before trying it...and i also checked all my other system requirements and there all well over the minimum!

i dont understand why this problem ocurs!

i think installing bf2 one more time and getting the final patch patch from somewhere else could help!!

i had the beta version...dont know if it was good or not

and i'll try singleplayer for ½ an hour and see how it is before advancing to multiplayer!

7600gt . the memory chips may be over heating as BF2 is a demanding game. what cooling have you got? make sure you have the latest gfx drivers
