Satisfied with 1.4?

Just wondering what everyone's experience is with the new patch. Is it everything you hoped for, or has it left you wanting?

Its a good patch do far. But there are things that should have fixed before releasing this. As for the new map (infantry only) is a pure sniping map. Its another Karkand, Sharqi style map.

I like it. Its a patch it will have its own problems. Even though people were crying and screaming for the patch to be released right as this moment. Well they have the patch and I dont think people are that satisfied with the patch.

The dolphin diving is easier than ever. I was hoping that they would fix the dolphin diving were you have to stand in place to prone. I guess it wasnt fixed =(

hmm the patch is aokay in my books because after 2 hours of gamin i didnt even crash once, in relation to IO i have yet to try

Jalalabad is good, IO is fun if although its lotta walking on certain maps. Some bugs.

Im happy to see a new map added, but it's still to early to tell whether it's stable or not. One thing i can't understand is when DICE say that they're trying to make this game as fair as possible but don't fix one issue with this game i.e a 2 or 3 sec spawn shield so that on the last flag, one doesn't become APC/Chopper fodder.

Dolphin diving/prone exploit will kill this game now.

I had no technical issues with the patch, but this kills gameplay for me. People are getting headshots while diving through midair.

12 hours after release and people are already using it. I give it another day or two before everyone has to use it to survive.

I'm seriously done with this game unless they fix this. Some people can play like this, personally I can't.

The only thing good is the (unconfirmed) elimination of server and client crashes, and the new map.

Dolphin diving is still possible as well as instaprone accuracy...

Other than that, the patch is nothing special and doesn't fix many things we have wanted. Only god knows what took them 2 months to release it.

What... so going prone is an exploit now? People have been able to go prone since the game was released. In case you haven't realised, there's a BUTTON for it.

Bought bf2 on release day. (1942 release day as well for what that's worth).

Maybe you should spend some time searching for the exploit before you go arguing against someone's opinion
