No they are not, and if you ever spend time over in the booster pack threads, you will see that most of the problems people have are cleared up if they install the Full of any of the patches. They are not the same thing. One just changes specific files. The other changes all the files going way back. So, if there are files that were corrupted in 1.22 and 1.3 did not change them, 1.4 full might fix them, while the incremental will bypass them, leaving them still screwed up.Originally posted by TEHROXZORZMANZORComment
