dolphin diving is still possible. From what I hear, it's actually easier than in 1.3

i wouldnt say it's nerfed a whole lot but the delay in firing makes it harder..

actually playing the game instead of listening to observations of other people who have not played the game is the solution. Find out for yourself, then you can make an informed decision. People make up all kinds of stuff to cause problems. Not saying that is not possible but i played all day today and saw nothing.

YOu can still Ground Hump..so my best guess is, you can dolphine dive.
