FileCloud offering wrong patch

I Downloaded the 1.4 incremental from filecloud and it's the damn 1.4 beta.....
Someone might wanna take that mirror down and tell those dudes, also it won't let me patch up now after I downloaded from EA......any ideas?

It was the file uploaded by Totalbf2 that was incorrect.

The patch link from the filecloud main page is correct.
