Okay I have patch 1.3 Do I download the full 1.4 patch or the incremental?

Full, there could be problems with the incremental.

maybe I'm wrong, if I am I apologise. But there is nothing on EA's website or on google about a 1.4 release, its all beta as far as I can see. Others have also been downloading from filecloud to find out its the beta. Is this a genuine full release?
