    Hello all!

    Im Jerry Hopper, Talkshow Host at webturd.com a online gamers radio station.
    we are doing a little investigative research on the customer satisfaction of Battlefield 2 customers/gameserver providers.

    In the light of recent events,the battllefield Patch 1.3 and the upcoming 1.4 version, and battlefield 2142
    we're looking for the gaming community's opinion on a few questions and hear what you think.
    as we all seen the posts, and replies in several forums, this is your oppertunity to really be heard!

    We want you to answer the following questions, and want you to hear your reaction, from a community perspective.

        my opinion is that its one of the best games ive ever played but DICE doesnt take us seriously, they just think because bf2 doesnt work well just buy a new game. IF 1.4 fixes EVERYTHING, which it wont, i STILL wont buy 2142 because its been 4 months of crashing and DICE has done NOTHING, EA could at least chain them to their desks but NOTHING has happened in 105 days. chances are good i will never buy a game made by DICE and it will have to be a pretty good game if its by EA and another smaller software company.

                bf2 is one of the best games ever made, yeah im pissed that 1.3 ****ed up the game but i still play everyday. I have even have access to the bf2142 beta and still play bf2 because it is that good.

                  The only good part about the game is the underlying concepts of war, the execution is neither realistic or balanced. Add in some bugs and you have every possible thing that can go wrong in a game such as this.

                          There is no customer satisfaction with EA.
                          They wait 4+ months to fix CTD problem when they said within the first month of release of patch 1.3 they have a fix CTD problem.

                          This game is loads of fun dont get me wrong but CTD / servers crashing is driving people up a wall, specially clans that spend lots of money renting servers.

                          I hear Colin likes doing interviews, not sure if he likes radio only.
