I have about 160 points global but i dont know where to go or how to unlock the new weapons.

Unlocks will come with time but get good with the stock weapons, they're actually quite nice. Biggest piece of advice is to get in a squad and spawn on your squad leader and get a mic!

how do u get teir 2 unlocks i would like the p90 for my antitank i do not have special forces

If you have a friend that has SF, all you need to do is log in under your account on their computer, play a few games, and all of the unlocks will be available forever more.

Play a few rounds of Special Forces, so you can get Tier 3 unlocks, and 2 unlocks per rank. Nothing special to make it count. Just finish a round or two so it lets the account server know you have SF registered, then play whatever game you want.

2nd promotion gets you your first gun.... get the promotion have it FINISH THE ROUND so the points count and register and then go to bfhq and it should pop up

I believe you need to wait until your second promotion. Once you get it you will be able to go to the BFHQ and select an unlock.
