how do i?

this is probably a dumb question but how do i unlock weapons? i was promoted a couple of days ago but there was no option to unlock a weapon of my choice.

also, ive just downloaded POE2. do unlocks in BF2 carry over into this mod?

If its your first promotion you don't get any unlocks (i think).

POE2 uses its own weapon set - the unlocks wont work there - only in vanilla (normal) bf2.

searching forums would be a good place to find out and no unlocks on poe2 there are a few weapon upgrades found around the maps
