While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
these guys and every other mod teams really deserve everyones gratitude, why? because they work for free, and they work better then those who dont (u know who i'm talking about) and they give us free content after the 1st version comes out instead of trying to slowly kill us with booster packs..

I did find a bug though after being revived by a medic as an anti-tank dude ive had trouble with the aiming being jerky and weird.
but it only happens to me after being revived for some reason...
Oh and Ive seen a fence which ends with no fence pole

I think there are some great points to this mod. I like how much content you have added, and the stattics are much better than BF2. I can enter more of them, and for Infantry guys like me, that makes all the difference.
For some reason, saying that the team did all this simply to give the community some love isnt really honest, its to build and help you all with your careers.
Its free for us, so its the same thing really. Free games are my favorite, so big props to you guys for all the hard work.
To say that the game is totaly different from BF2 depends on how you look at it. To me its a BF2 expansion, in the sense that it looks different, but feels the same as BF2 to me. Save some code numbers that were changes.
Almost no servers ever run the other game mode, but when I have played it, its fun. DICE designed and engine from the ground up, and gave us all months of fun. Why people are giving you guys all the credit for everything and Bashing the guys who made the POE2 version of BF2 possible is probably just there lack of understanding.
i had never even heard of POE 2 untill a few days ago, and the first time i watched the intro movie i was blown away. i dont know anything about making games or mods, but i know alot about playing games, and so far i have only encountered 1 problem, and that is, that not enough servers run this mod and not enough players play this mod. if this game had been released as an entirely new game, right from demo days ( such as BF2 was ) i would have glady paid as much if not more for the experience. i still cant believe that you did all of this without recieving a single cent for your time or hard work. it says alot about all of the people involved, you all stand a head above the rest and every person from game designer to game player could stand to learn alot from you all. i honestly cannot praise you all enough, i would ramble on here for eternity if i werent hanging to get back into the action !! its very reassuring to know that you guys are out there, creating warm fuzzy feelings inisde all POE fans.
to quote someone else i read in this thread " you have LITERALLY SAVED BF2 " for alot of people and my most sincere thanks and deepest gratitude goes out to you.
^^ what he said! You certainly saved bf2 for me! When my friends come round they always ask if they can play PoE2 because its so much more fast paced and exciting in comparison to bf2!
By the way, if you guys ever need an extra texture artist give me a shout!
