Well I know that Escape is the default for exiting a server, but how can I change this so it's a different key?

Go into your profile which is located in My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles Check you get the right profile then open the controls.con with notepad. In this section ControlMap.create defaultGameControlMap look for this line underneath and then remove Escape and input what you want the key to be save it and your done.
