why, after all the bitching and moaning, havent we decided to just have a huge mass exodus back to 1.22?

wouldnt that make more sense than just taking it up the butt from 1.3 time and time again?

I might be wrong but I think the problem is that you can't run a ranked 1.22 server anymore. Otherwise I think people would have gone back to 1.22 a long time ago. Since most of us don't have Armored Fury and even less people play it.

Im not sure (I dont worry about that part of the game) but I think I heard that 1.22 cant be ranked or the points don't update or something. That being the case the majority of players would rather deal with the ctd's and other bugs than give up that precious rank or trinket.

Fabulous idea though, I've given up anyway. The Mod of the year is coming out soon and Im happily Alpha testing it, played last night longer than Ive played BF2 in weeks and its only an Alpha!!

Look, we are all a little impatient for this patch. But I dont think its something to get worked up about. BF2 isnt unplayable because of the 1.3 patch. I played today for little over an hour, and I didnt get any problems. Its been that way for a while. I'm sure everyone will be able to survive until its released. And if never released (highly doubt it), its mod time.
