I tend to go it alone usually when I play on public servers since teamwork is almost always non-existant.

If I could find a good squad, that'd be another story.

sqd ldr. as i need it for a medal :P but i like to work as a small unit so i will find with best squad and lead it or be in it.

Highest time played this game is SL man. I wouldn't go any other way.

Member because I prefer fighting than staying back and being a spawn point. Unless all the other squads SUCK and I feel like some teamwork and using common sense.

Squad Member. Free points, raises, resupplies and often times insta-spawn into a vehicle, instead of spawning into the face of a spawn camper.

Squad leader. Because I have all the access to commander. I can cal for UAV, Supplies etc when I/my squad needs it.

I need to lead people, when I get a good squad going, it's great fun.

Mainly squad leader. Commander always pays attention to my commands. Sometimes, there's only one dude in my squad to lead... and he doesn't even pay attention.

Another note: people tend to join the first squad on the list or the squad with the multiple clan members in them. Not many join my squad.

Mostly squad member. I don't have the gumption to be a SL, and I need the mobile spawn point :)

But most the time I play as Sl the commander is an idiot, the other people are noobs, and no one listens to anything I say.

So I gave up SL ages ago. I'm a grunt and I know it.

Since I no longer play city maps, I need to be a squad leader to get people to actually cap flags.
