Backing up AF/EF +bf2?

Gentlemen,
Any tips on backing up my AF/EF expansions, so when I format today I can just reinstall them on a DVD-R? Rather then re-downloading them from EA? What folder is it specifically that should be saved?

All the files are located withinh BattleField2/mods folder. Backup everything except for the BF2 folder since it's the main game.

Thank you for the help. My search criteria was, 'backing up' which lead to poor results. Thanks for the links. Question has now been answered.

NP, I saw you were looking for it and I was wanting to put everything on cd for backup...figured I'd bump it for those wanting to do the same.
