Discuss. Theories on this. Do you think that EA are putting ads in maybe because all of the problems with BF2, all the bad patches, all the hate coming from the community, all the ''not buy BF2142'' maybe they think they won't make a profit of such that they did on BF2, so they are backing themselves by putting in ads so that they can help boost their figures.

There already is two other threads on the front page of General Gaming that are talking on this very subject. I know you are asking for a discussion and the other two are pretty much just stating that their will be ads, but creating a new thread it kind of pointless.

No this is a theory thread the others are just discussions. Think of this as more in depth, what is really going on at the core of EA. After all the issues such as bad patches, pay for this and that. Why would they want to create more hostitility towards themself, will this benefit them in the long run?
