odd things happen when revived

Had some strange things happend when ive been revived a few times, i seem to get guns that i dont have unlocked! instead of having the gun or even the kit that i died with, all of a sudden i have a new unlocked gun until i die again! cool! one of the few bugs that you actually like!

Not a bug, when you get revived the game gives you the kit bag closest to you, which doesnt have to be the one you dropped.

I hate that happening. Gone to use my favorite weapon and it's not there. Go to C4 something to discover a med pack. Bummer.
