What Recording do you use for recording BF2 movies???

I have top of the line computer and when I use fraps my fps goes down to like 30fps. Is there anyother software that I can use or do I have to change some of the settings in fraps for good results. Please help me out to solve this issue.
My specs are: AMD Athlon FX-57 2.8ghz, 2gb memory, 250gb HD, 2 7800 gtx 256mb in sli and combo drive. Please help me out.

Fraps is the best out there.

Get a better HDD to reduce the overhead caused by FRAPS. A faster processor/memory won't help you THAT much.

Is there anyother way? I dont think Hard Drive is the main cause of it.

          Run in lower resolution.

Dual core processors are the go for running fraps. Simply assign fraps to run on one core and your game on the other. No slow down at all.

Also with fraps set it to a higher recording FPS like 60+

Make it run at 1/2 size instead of full size
                Lower your resolution/graphix settings
10,000 RPM HDD instead of the usual 7,200 RPMs

Those are the best things I can tell you for better performance with FRAPs....and yes, it is the best out there, it's just a hardcore system beast.

only other way to get it to run better is to lower your detail. You may find you need to run it @ 800x600, its a resource whore but there really isn't anything else like it.
