Starts bf2..... then problems

well i was in a match playing fine
then me and my clan won the match and then i quit out of bf2
then we figured that we would go pubbing so i started bf2 up (everything was working normally) try to join a server but then bf2 crashes and i thought "prbably just the 1.3 patch screwing up as usual"
try to join another server after starting bf2 up, and it happens again
and i was like huh?
so i open my bf2 files and they're all there.
so then i opened up my cd tray and closed it and it said that i had to install bf2 again??!?!?!?!?
only problem is my manual is up in maine along with my 2 other discs (so i cant reinstall :cry: and i have no clue when im going back up to maine)
wat could be wrong?!?!?!?!?!?

If you keep getting kicked when it says JOIN GAME on the bottom right its because of the patch. Make sure Auto Join Game is checked off. Leave the game alone and let it join in on its own. If that doesnt help you just create a new account. This has been a problem to me. Try creating a new BATTLEFIELD 2 Account.
