Question on weapon unlocks and weapons

Hello everyone.

Been playing BF2 for about 4 weeks now and really enjoy it. Wish I would have bought it sooner, but my old rig would not even run it. :laugh:

Question on weapon unlocks: I am just about to hit Corporal ,which will allow me to get two more weapon unlocks. If I want to unlock some of the weapons in Special forces, will I be able to: 1) Even unlock these weapons

2.) Can I use them on maps that are not Special forces?


Lastly, i've been trying to find a website that has very detailed information on weapons on how much damage they do (totalbf2 has some, but I can't find the unlock weapons.) Is there another better one?

That site has all kinds of unlock info. You might want to search the forums. The quests you ask have been covered extensively for months with literally dozens of posts.

In brief, all unlocks can be used on all non-SF maps. First tier unlocks can be used on SF maps. Second tier unlocks cannot, because many second tier unlocks (Assault, Engineer, SF, Medic) are already in SF.

It's good. The maps are a little more compacted and there is a lot more intensity when a good firefight gets rolling.

sf has some issues, once u get around em, its fun. uninstall bf2 then reinstall bf2 then install sf then install the 1.3 or 1.4 patch (if it comes...)

another bouns is you get MORE unlocks when you get promoted. Instead of one you get TWO! But yea I like Warlord sometimes too
