How do you switch seats in the air?

I've tried F1, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11 and F12.

None of them work.

It's mapped to F2 but I havn't tried that yet so what's wrong?

I changed it around. While F2 still works to switch seats, I changed it so that all I have to do is right-click twice and I'm at the TV missile screen. Makes it a really fast switch.
