What version are people playing?

I've been away from BF2 since like v1.2 patch. Anyway, I downloaded what I thought was 1.4 beta 2 patch, I figured everyone was playing that. I install it (30 minutes later) and there are 3 servers playing it. The file I downloaded is called BF2 Patch 1.4.exe (extracted from a zip archive), and says it was modified July 11, 2006.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

version 1.3 is the current official ranked version.

Yep. Version 1.3 is the latest official patch. We're still waiting for version 1.4 to be released.

1.3 version, i cant play much with the beta!

there are 4 servers running 1.4, 2 ranked 2 unranked. it seems as if the unranked have more players. huh...

ya we've been waiting for 1.4 for some time now. it should've been out a few weeks ago but it got delayed (like BF2)

the unranks are running IO mode

If your game crashes or the server crashes thats 1.3s piece of **** problems not yours. Just if your wondering

playing the v1.3 cant wait for 1.4 because it keeps the crashes away.
