Help!!! I Cant Advance Ranking! 36000 & Still A Master Sergeant!!!

I desperately need some help. I have looked everywhere online trying to find someone with this problem...but I just cant find it.
I have a score of just over 36,000 points and Im still a Master Sergeant! For months now, my ranking meter has been at the very end...saying the I should progress toward the next rank. But over 10000 points later...NOTHING! I have all my basic badges too. I just want to progress toward my next rank of at least first sergeant so I can get all the new weapons. I also have every expansion pack of bf2. So I have no clue as to why I cant progess...
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!

You have to get all those basic badges before you hit 20k other wise you will be stuck at Master Sergeant till 50k. Also you didn't miss out on an unlock.

This same thing happened to me on my [M.o.D]aLi3nZ account below. 28,000k and a Master Sergeant. Got the first sergent rank on my 9th account though :)

BTW you should print it, I have like 2 kilos of pages ive printed like ranks, weps, tank hitpoints etc. Always accessible.

I've already earned my basic badges early so I'm happy. :)

I'm never going to get to 20000 globals but I can try.

Thats the highest rank you can get with those points. The progress bar on bf2 is bugged you need 50,000 global for next rank. That should clear things up
