I think we would have gotten some confirmation or announcement by EA if they would bring out 1.4 today.
Plus the serverproviders would have gotten the patch already, and if such a things happens even with small patches, it is always leaked through the guys of www.battlefield2.nl and i3d.nl.

Bad for you guys that u can't read dutch (i am Dutch BTW) cuz the always have news like 3 hours before anyone else.
