y are people using phrases such as "you are a chopper whore" or "you are a plane whore"

of course Ill fly the chopper all the time If I think Im good at it, whats so wrong with that, the game obviously has different categories of vehicles and you are not forced to use all of them, I know you are thinking "while Im working hard to cap the flags those guys up there are gaining points"

well true some guys only care about points but alot of times having a good pilot or chopper team is good for your team and cappijng those flags will be easier if ur chopper or jet are keeping the enemy vehicles away

It's because people like to whine and blame people for some reason. But what you said is true, people who work best in a vehicle should be in one.

People find any and all excuses to label someone and in bf2 if you use a certain vehicle, weapon or ojbect (nade) then you're an automatic whore in said category.

I call one a 'whore' when they spawn camp in their tank, or camp the TV station with their Mec chopper etc... those are the whores.

Now you can just get called a whore for anything, medic whore, sniper whore blah blah blah... it's over-used by silly people.

Then why do people LOVE to come up to the helipad all alone and try to break up a good 2-man VOIP attack chopper squad...

If you're gonna come to the helipad expecting the chopper, at least bring a copilot

I can't recall the number of times my buddy and I were having a great time in the chopper only to have some lone guy show up bunny hopping all over the helipad..when you try to explain it to him 'bring a copilot, and the chopper is yours' he just lets the flames loose and does everything he can to get the chopper.

Vehicle whores are people like the DA Illusion guys who will kick you if you get in there vehicles. They even will tell you that on there forums. Especially the helo and jet. The way I see it if the pilots are good let them have it if they suck get out. I would rather have the Jets accupied by our jets rather then get bobmed every couple minutes.

Yup, prime example? DA Illusion and his immature clan. By all means use it if you're good, but when you start to ruin the game being an asswhipe to your teamates, and being a jackass to the enemy (exploiting, spawn raping, ect), you're a whore. If a teamate gets it, they kick, team kill, everything remotely possible to ruin your day just to get the heli. Fricken jackasses..

because when you are in the air whoring you totally un balance the game..there was a dude in a sharqi server that had like 60 kills and no deaths in a chopper..it was so unbalanced no infantry had any points everyone was getting slaughtered..but using a chopper/jet not in a excessive way is fine.

Dude spawn rapeing is so over rated. Its a strategy. I refuse to sit at a base and wait for the enemy to decide to jump on some AA and fire up at me. Ima chase his gay little *** down and rape him at that point. If a tank decides to leave while im there ima kill that to.

As for being an *** hole, dude I hate it when a jerk off steals the chopper and crashes, or last 5 seconds, or even takes it and flys around the map and gets absolutely no kills with it. Its lame, and people who do that are the type of people who will come back again and again. So I TK them. Call me a whore, but I will not sit back and watch an *** hole use an asset of ours to crash, or tour the map. It'd be different if they had more then one attack choppers, but as it is in vanilla, and SF its limited. If it were more of course the little armor whores would cry us a river of tears.

You can blame that on ineffective teamwork. I say that because the guy in the cobra should never let that happen, or anyone else sitting near the tv station since there ARE humvee's and aa sites but hey, gotta blame the whores right.

LIZARD, you got it all wrong. We're on the same page about that, Trust me, I'm a really good helicopter pilot, and when I can't find a pilot, solo'ing is my specialty, so I know all about simple base raping to shut the other team down, and getting the helo when some other noob has it and isn't doing jack with it. I would do the same.

HOWEVER, DA Illusion and his idiot mates are completel jackasses 24/7. For me, and I hope you, I would give them a chance and let them fly off and see what they could do. If they were effective then fine, I pwn it up just as well on the ground. I remember when I played with illusion, and I got in with one of MY buddies, they shot us both out without giving us a chance, and repeatedly did it with c4, vodnicks, whatever. That's a WHORE, not being able to use ANYTHING else when you can't get it; not just using one vehicle alot when you do have it.

On the OTHER team, when I played against him, they did EVERYTHING to exploit us and ruin our day. Not just simple base raping passes and such, and shooting down our heli when we got up, which is totally legitly shutting us down, but instead they drove hummers and vodnicks onto our spawn point and prevented us from spawning. Then they stole our chopper and didn't just leave, but circled and strafed the crap outa us. That's just being a complete tard.

this guy was in the MEC chopper..the person im talking about ( the gunner ) had like 60 kills..the MEC gun is a beast..he killed everyone that gun will kill a person in 1 hit..im just saying as long as the air and infantry are both working as a team instead of the chopper whoring everybody its all good..but people don't think like that..they just want points.
