Do not run teamspeak. Unless you talk with your clan members. I dont know if teamspeak has a PING maybe thats the problem ?

turn down the bandwidth that is being used by teamspeak. i usually have mine set at about 24. click settings, options and then the tab for bandwidth. try changing the settings until you find the one that works.

How are you so sure ?

Find a server that you have a low ping on. Run teamspeak and see if it goes up.

I am not sure of this problem. Did you try visiting TEAMSPEAK FORUMS and posting your problem there ? I am sure they would help you quicker there since they have their own forum.

I've heard of ventrilo lagging you but not teamspeak... teamspeak uses pretty much nothing... The codecs are crap.

im hearing that part of it is because bf2 changes sound card settings everytime you start the game
