    Honestly, I haven't seen Colin around here since the BF2142 beta started.

    That didn't give me a very nice feeling

        They just wanna get 2142 out the door and hope everyone forgets about BF2. I for one will not be buying it.

            The costs of playing engineer far outweigh the benefits.
            More points for a repair would increase the benefit of playing. Right now the CMDR just drops a supply box, defeating the purpose of that fancy wrench.
            And depriving a tank or a squad the use of a valuable supply crate. It takes several minutes to repair all the assets that way too, which then deprives anyone of supply crates for several minutes. The cost of engineer = not many points. The benefit = quick repairs and help your team.
