Seems like they just quietly release the patch without telling anyone before, so if it is to come out tomorrow and we have not heard too much, I would not be surprised.

Quoted for Truth. I really cant play BF2 anymore. My last day of playing BF2 in my tournament, I came up with 5 reasons why we switched to POE2 the next day. Here's some.

1. EVERY CLASS that people use seems to be a grenade fest.

2. That was also the only day I've EVER gotten the Red Tag Insect. I was killed 30 times, and some peoples scores at the end of the round were -15.

3. The splash damage of a grenade 10 feet away from you will only slightly damage you, while a 25 MM round from an APC at the same distance on a wall, will kill you in 5 seconds.

4. The M95, being a GINORMOUSLY powerful gun, can snipe through glass and kill someone very accuately, but when you turn it on foot soldiers, it turns into a paintball battle. The person gets hit, says I'm out!, and leaves without a scratch.

5. It still takes 2 rounds to kill a tank, WHILE SHOOTING ITS TREADS.

6. J10 v F35. EA claims they cant fix it, but a lone soul messes around with the tweak file of the F35, and air battles between them turn into war flight simulators.

7. Repair Points! A lone peasant says, please sir, may I have some more. DICE replies, MOOOREE?

Come on... How can people actually be so stupid as to believe they were fixing something? They are delaying it slightly so as to get maximum publicity for BF2142.

The repair feature is pretty f'd. It takes over a min to fully repair any given object and C4 will blow that sucker away in 3 seconds.

It should have been more like repair UAV, 3 points. Repair one piece of arty 2 points.

When you only get 1 point for a repair its not worth playing Engineer for the sake of repairing.

Maybe you should consider that it's worth being Engie to help your team, regardless of whether you get a lot of repair points or not.

No I don't point whore much. F u c k you. Have you ever heard of cost/benefit analysis.

The costs of playing engineer far outweigh the benefits.
More points for a repair would increase the benefit of playing. Right now the CMDR just drops a supply box, defeating the purpose of that fancy wrench.

I'm putting money that everyone gets into a panic tomorrow about the patch coming and post like 500 times about wheter the patch comes...Then at 1000 PST you hear a loud cry as the patch is not released yet.
