Wouldnt it be interesting if somehow all the BF2 community united and brought a Class Action Law Suit against EA for:

1: Not releasing a finished product and

2: Breaking their unfinished product even more every time they tried to fix it.

3: Not supporting their product.

I know its a pipe dream but just the though of this sort of thing going through would have to send shivers through EA's spine. I mean its not like it would be the first time they have had a class action taken against them.

Anyway its just my thoughts venting....

So one in the UK EA forum was speculating on this same subject.
Under US law it would not get to court and you would probably get laughed out of your attorneys office.
That being said maybe UK law could be a diffrent story.
Since I am not a British subject the ball is in their court.

Its merely the speculation of success that interests me, I know we are held to ransom as soon as we buy one of EA's games by their EULA I was pondering on the ramifacations if such an action was successful.

More a conversation starter than anything I guess.

But I think I might go and read the EULA agreement anyway just to see what it contains about customer support.

The only thing I could think of would be False Advertising. Although I wouldn't be suprised if its covered somewhere in the small print.

Seems like a finished product to me. I very seldom have problems. They have brought out expansions and patches. In any case, I'd love to be an EA lawyer against you. I'd just need to show the jury all the paid for servers out there, the number of copies sold, etc. The best part, just the list of everyone in the law suit that has put in, and continues to play daily, for many hundreds of hours total. Doesn't sound very broken to me.

My first post but iv'e visited the forums before. I have to say that it seems that some people spend more time here complaining about the game that playing. I agree there are a few nuisances on the game but don't all games have em? I personnally love the game and am tired of all the pointless BS and blasting of EA. QUIT CRYING AND GET YOUR GAME ON!
