Ribbon bug.. ;/

Hey guys, I play a TON for SAS and Russian on Ghost Town.. Today I finally got my SAS and Russian Ribbon tonight..

But, for the Russian ribbon, I played Ghost Town and Mass Destruction, but i didnt play Surge and it gave me the Ribbon.
