BF2 Voip Problem with Audio Sample!!!

I dont understand it, it happens everytime in BF2, ive tried various guides and trouble shooting but no success, here is a sample of what I get.

I never had that but I have had to reconnect to my account to get voip to work for me

sound card hang? sounds like it. not enough power to the sound card? or if integrated sound, corrupted codecs? does your psu give off any sound during normal use, like whining or something like that. what apps are you running in the background? can u even alt tab out of the game when you hear that sound? does the gfx also 'hang'?

Yeah, all other audio works fine, Windows Sound recorder records just fine.

Its just BF2.
