Disconnection

Whenever i go on a server on Sf since i got it i can join the server but when i load up and click join game i will get to the first frame of my game and it will freeze for about 30 seconds then i will get disconnected any reason for this??
Im on patch 1.3

my pc stats are
Nvidia GeForce fx 5600 <--- 600 series not 700 bf2 box is wrong XD
1.7ghz amdxp 2000+ procceser i think
some crappy asrock k series motherboard
768mb ram
and some creatixe eax sound card or some crap like that

is there a chance that overcloacking my graphics card the slightest bit may help? as the minimuim is ment to be a 5700 and im running a 5600?

I'm surprised your able to run vanilla BF2 with your system specs. Overclocking your graphics card is not going to help you here. You seriously need some more system RAM.

I had the same problem and it helped by re-installing everything bf2 and full 1.3 patch, it sucks but did work.

and i just did a dxdiag and realsed i dont actully have a 5600 im actully running it on a 5200 bloody ell!

lol I had the same system except I had an Athlon Thunderbird 1Ghz. It ran BF2 at 2 SPF.
