anyone else getting a pb kick for RESTRICTION - Disallowed Driver/Program (81165)?


i've got no hacks or anything

I'm getting it too mate.
The kick is the same as if you have the SP 64player maps installed.
I've had to uninstall POE to play vanilla

Sometimes doing a computer reboot will alleviate this problem. Otherwise, if the problem persists then you may want to backtrack any files that may have been changed in your BF2 directories.

Update PB if it doesnt help reinstall the game and update again.

I re-installed POE, played a couple of rounds and then restarted BF2 and had a couple of rounds of vanilla with no problems at all. I haven't done anything but it seems to be OK now.

just tried re-installing POE. still the same kick though

i'll have to reinstall the lot again i suppose,.

thats pretty scary
how adware/spyware can indirectly screw your up
you could have reinstall BF2 and POE2 10 times and udpated punkbuster 10 times and go crazy and...
