Hey I was just wondering why everyone is so all about the POE2. No disrespect to the DEVs but what's the difference between point of existance and all the other high-quality modern combat mods. Sorry don't flame me i'm just trying to understand.

have you seen the screens or the video?? I know a tester who say's it will end Vanilla or would if it weren't for the stats. I think it will be relatively unplayed because of all the point addicts and "1337" rankers (SB).
POE2 is a mod thats been around before and has a good rep, the modders seem to really think about what they can do to make the game as bad as* as possible while keeping it stable. Why dont you jump off the ranked servers and give it a shot? Dont like it, well thats what you have a delete for.

Simply put those of us that enjoyed the POE mod for BF1942 ar anticipating good things and fun times with POE2 fro BF2. Faster gameplay, new weapons, new gameplay mods, cool german accents, better sound, and generally a better balanced game with weapons that you will actually be able to kill someone with fairly quickly.
Operation Peace Keeper is excellent, I like its potential as another type of BF 2 mod option, but I think POE will offer larger scale battles and be a bit more vehicle based than Peace Keeper. I do think Peace keeper rocks though...Comment

Well by looking trailers and teasers, it seems my time among BF2 is faiding. I just hope weapons are better than current BF2 lotto guns. Nothing else makes me so angry than those situations where I'm shooting some static fellow with perfect aim and nothing happens. Most I hate L85A1 which I would like to like most.
Anyhow if this is good enough, bye bye buggy BF2.Comment
