New accounts and un-locks - help please.

Ok,

so I am checking up on a former clan mate who split to a new clan and a new tag the same time i did. Well he's at 21K with 12 out of 14 unlocks !!!! where I have only 5 unlocks @ 19K. so it hits me that he somehow got his bonus expansion unlocks for his new accounts; SF, AF , etc..

So how is this done. I got the bonus unlocks for my old account when I bought a few expansions but the games were installed before i created a new account. I tried uninstall/ re-install for SF for example but no luck it seems?

anyone know how? thanks....

You need to actually play online with the SF maps - Once your account status updates, next time you log on, you should get the unlocks available to pick from.
