Apparently Mondays aren't BF2 patch days

I decided to do a little digging and investigate on which day of the week each patch for BF2 came out.

Patch 1.01 -- Wednesday, July 6, 2005
Patch 1.02 -- Friday, July 15, 2005
Patch 1.03 -- Tuesday, October 4, 2005
Patch 1.12 -- Tuesday, November 22, 2005
Patch 1.20 -- Tuesday, February 14, 2006
Patch 1.21 -- Thursday, March 9, 2006
Patch 1.22 -- Tuesday, March 28, 2006
Patch 1.30 -- Tuesday, May 26, 2006
Beta v1.4a -- Friday, July 7, 2006
Beta v1.4b -- Friday, July 14, 2006

COUNTING THE BETA PATCHES
So far, there have been 10 patches for this game. Five of the 10 patches have come out on a Tuesday. Three of the 10 have come out on a Friday. One for Wednesday, one for Thursday, NONE on a Monday.

NOT INCLUDING THE BETA PATCHES
So far, there have been 8 patches for this game. Five of the 8 have come out on a Tuesday. One each for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. NONE on a Monday.

OVERALL COMMENTS
Well, it certainly seems that Tuesday or Friday are the most likely release dates for a future patch. No BF2 patch has EVER come out on a Monday.

But who knows, EA could completely surprise us and release the patch on a Monday one of these days. But I'm counting on a Tuesday or Friday release date.

It seems like with 1.4, they keep releasing it on Fridays to give us the weekend to enjoy (or whine). Today, we have had massive stat issues. And we got word that the patch has been submitted for review.

Any day (of the week, except Mondays ) now boys...

Yep, Tuesday is a safer day to roll something out. The Fridays were hotfixes.

Or beta patches for Betafield 2.

I honestly feel that's the name of the game here sometimes. The game all of a sudden got SO buggy for me the last 2 or 3 days. :evil:

It is kinda scary though, how buggy it still is and seeing how long the patch has become.
