This has happened to me before but now, its all wrong, when I enter BFHQ, all of my status is gone, no medals, no global score (0) and status is out. Even when I joined game, my unlocks are gone. I restarted the game, the internet connection and even the computer! No good results...I assume its a bug but couldn't EA fix it? I'm like close to a rank promotion!!!

The stats servers are down dont worry hopefully their updating for 1.4 and hopefully their be back up by tommorrow so dont worry your points arent gone. -

if you loged into before the stats server went down it will still show your real rank and give you, your unlocksComment
