Magor Error On Bf2 Account Help!!!

Guys I need help,Im just over the 8000 points mark and recently became a gunnery seargent. I play daily and tonight I had a quick game of bf2, however to my horror when I ended my game and went to check my points and awards my points had gone to zero and I am now all the way back to private???!!!!!! What the hell is going on and has this problem affected everyone on the serers in the UK - I dont know what to do - advice please

Sorry guys, havent had this problem b4, Im ghlad some people can respond without having to give it! Basuically I have never had this issue b4 so its a first, appreciate the help, some of it at least anyway :)
