Seems to be, but he could have just registered with a german company.

If TotalBF2.com wants to take it further they have to contact ICANN and send a complaint, I believe reverse engineering a product is illegal - that's what a hack is. Although I could contact EA/Dice and see what they have to say.

EDIT: I PMed [MyIS]Crrrrrrrazy about my information, see what he thinks is best.

edit2: that site also offers Valve product hacks, so I can also take the case to them, I'm almost certain it's against their EULA (reverse engineering)
