You gotta take this pic in perspective though. Maybe it's smoking because it
has some assembley required. When my computer was shipped it was smoking, i had to kill myself, respawn as an engineer, fix it, kill myself again, and respawn as special forces again. Next time i'll just use Fedex.

call customer support, once u actually get a hold of a live person, tell them about their poor shipping practices and about the damage, ask them to send a repair person between 5pm and 9pm, hold your position until they arrive.
