best round points???

Sorry newb question here... i went on BF2s (a stat tracker) and it states just like your site does, that i need 4 best round points in order to get the USMC Navy Cross... problem is i dont know what a Best round point is.. any ideas? god i feel like a noob here sry

You need to get over 100 in a round on each of the maps that the USMC are present.

No you don't need to score 100, you need to be the best USMC 100 times.

I've never completely understood that stipulation. Because i'm sure i didnt have 100 best rounds by the time i got my medal.

Getting 100 points in ONE round + 100 hours TOTAL for that army (USMC, MEC or PLA) gets u the medal of the army. You wont receive it during combat, it'll just appear in your stats.

You just need 1 round with score of 100+ as USMC, any map.

Good lord. It's what Daemon said. Some stat sites don't display the "what you need" part correctly, for instance under the 100 best round part, BF2Player.com will say Need 100, Have 96, Remaining 4. What is really remaining is still a score of 100 in a round. It does not matter which order you get them in (100 hours and 100 points in a round), you just need to have both.

I have the navy cross, just score a round of 100 + in any map on a ranked server as USMC.

you also have to have 100 global wins with that side to get Navy Cross/Golden Schimitar (sp?)

No, in vanilla BF2 it's just one 100 score round + 100 total hours per army.

In special forces the 100 hours per army changes to 50 hours per army and you also need 50 wins per army (100 score in one round per army remains).

^are you retarded...no its not.
You have to play as USMC and for one round score higher than 100pts. Doesn't matter if it was your first USMC win or your 1000th USMC win. THE # OF TIMES YOU GOT A GOLD STAR AS USMC DOES NOT MATTER. I've never seen that in my stats anyway...the # of gold, silver and bronze stars gained per army. OR maybe I'm just not looking close enough.
