1.3 or 1.4 UPDATES

Okay everyone!,
Now i know what the difference is (FROM MY LAST POST) i just want to know if anyone at all will download this 1.4 patch update?. As i have heard that from last update (1.3) there have been some expiriences in gameplay (eg. Lag / More Bugs) its like my little saying a Drug will always cure a illness but will always leave 1 there (does that make sense? :laugh: lol :laugh: ) maybe im just scared that it will make my expirience of bf2 more likeable when it is forgetten?. I dunno about you guys but my pc isnt the best its just about over average for the normal pc. and below average for bf2 but yet i have no lag (i dont get lag much at all). I got bf2 today though the post and it toke about 3 hours to get it running online with the update 1.3 and i like it how it is.

If EA would just release a list of bug fixes / Glitch Fixes and other stuff that they didnt fix or change in 1.3 update. but i really do hope i dont have to drop out of BF2 when 1.4 comes out :cry: .

1,4 is not out yet and if you want to play online, you will need to patch up. You don't have to patch all the way to 1.3 though. You can patch up to 1.2 and still find servers. The 1.2 patch was considered about the best BF2 was by many people. What ever you do, don't muck around with the bogus 1.4 patch floating around now. Nobody knows what it really was and it might cause problems for your machine. Just wait for the official 1.4 patch and be happy.

Welcome to BF2!!! You just so happened to come in, at the worst possible moment. I suggest doing some searching around the forums to come up to speed with what has happened so far. If u have any question that u were unable to find answers to, dont be afraid to post.:)

I suggest you brush up on your grammer and spelling if you want a serious reply.

Also breaking up big statements with blank lines would also help to clarify what the hell you're saying.

Next time, in your case, you should double space so it's easier to read.

As for a reply to your post, you should have asked whether to get BF2 or not this late in the life cycle of this game. Even though the life cycle was short, it's considered late for EA/DICE since they are all ready to move on. Either way you are going to have to update if you want to play on ranked servers.

But if you're like a lot of us we are eagerly awaiting the release of POE:2 and probably ditching BF2 vanilla forever.
