invalid cd key

when i start my bf2 and click join server it says cd key invalid?
so i went into my bf2 files and used the bf_Code thing and renterd my vd key restarted bf2 SAME problem what to do?

do you have multiple accounts on your computer if so go to the account you installed it on.

he means that if u have multiple windows xp accounts, u should use the one u installed iwth

and also, if that doesnt work...then try this:
go to start>run>regedit press ok

and then folow this: HKey_localmachine>Software>electronic arts>ea games>battlefield 2> ergc
double click on the entry u see and add x9392 in front of the numbers/letters

so u mite see something for example 21KW292u4398012 so just add x9392 in front so it looks like x939221KW292u4398012 and hopefully that will help

and if not ...u can always reinstall

i had this problem... the way i solved it was uninstal bf2
then reinstalled it and patch it before you play havent had any problems since
